Thunder CO2 Galvo 60W

Meet the Thunder CO2 Galvo, our fastest way to put a mark on something you have already made. A full wrap tumbler that takes roughly 45 minutes on a Titan, Bolt, or Nova Plus comes off the CO2 Galvo in about 10 minutes. Instead of dragging a head across a gantry, galvo mirrors steer the beam at up to 3,000 mm/s.

There is no enclosure and no bed, so nothing limits the size of the part. Set the finished product down, mark it, and pick it up. No jig, no fixture, and no cutting it out first. Built for tumblers, wallets, business cards, pre-cut hat patches, coasters, and cutting boards, at production volume.

*CO2 lasers will mark bare metals when coated with a metal marking solution. For bare metal on its own, you want a fiber laser, which is our Aurora series.

The CO2 Galvo is an engraver, not a cutter. "Thin only" above means it will get through light stock in a pass or two. If cutting is the job, look at the Nova, Bolt, or Titan.
