IMPORTANT: All glass laser tubes are final sale. They are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered and shipped.

Glass laser tubes are fragile. Every time one ships, the risk of damage goes up a lot, even when it's packed perfectly. To protect our customers and make sure every tube we send out arrives in full working condition, we can't accept returns or exchanges on glass tubes, including when the wrong tube was ordered.

Before you buy, please confirm:

• Your machine model and wattage
• That this is the exact tube you need

Not sure which tube fits your machine? Contact our support team before you order and we'll confirm the right one for you. We'd much rather take a quick call or email up front than have you end up with a tube you can't use.

Shipping Damage Policy

• Inspect your tube upon delivery and report any damage within 3 business days by emailing admin@thunderlaserusa.com with photos of the tube and packaging.
• Shipping damage is not covered by the manufacturer's defect warranty.
• Shipping damage reported after 3 business days will only be covered up to the amount of a shipping damage claim. Claims can take 4 to 6 weeks to process.
• Replacements due to damage may incur shipping charges outside the USA 48.
